Opened in July 2024 by brothers Benn and Mork Ratanakosol, renowned for their acclaimed Morks. Raised in their parents’ beloved restaurant, Yarralumla’s Sukothai (1990 – 2008), they are excited to bring their deep-rooted passion for hospitality back to their leafy childhood suburb.
Ready to move on from Thai, the brothers now invite you to explore third culture cuisine that celebrates the diaspora of Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine to Australia, and pays tribute to Asia’s profound impact on the global culinary scene. Mínima promises a dining experience that celebrates diversity and creativity in a warm and beautiful setting.
