A charming 22-seat restaurant & wine bar nestled in the heart of Yarralumla, founded by brothers Mork and Benn Ratanakosol, renowned for their acclaimed Morks. Raised in their parents’ beloved restaurant, Yarralumla’s Sukothai (1990 – 2008), they are excited to bring their deep-rooted passion for hospitality back to their leafy childhood suburb.
Ready to move on from Thai, the brothers now invite you to explore third culture cuisine that celebrates the Chinese diaspora to Southeast Asian cuisine, and pays tribute to Asia’s profound impact on the global culinary scene. Mínima promises a dining experience that celebrates diversity and creativity in a warm and beautiful setting.
